The Manipal Centre for Humanities (MCH) at MAHE Manipal redefines liberal education by promoting critical thinking, articulate communication and the ability to navigate complex workplaces and societies. BA/ BA (Hons.) with Majors & Double Majors

This programme takes a liberal arts approach. Beginning with foundational courses, students choose Majors and Minors across disciplines during their three-year BA degree. Students can opt for a fourth-year research track for a BA (Hons.) degree in their pursuit of liberal education.

Admission Process and Eligibility

Eligibility

Successful completion of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board, with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks Due weightage will be given to scores obtained in accredited national entrance exams (CUET).

Step 1:
Interested applicants have to apply through the MAHE admissions portal - https://apply.manipal.edu Applicants will receive an email from MCH Admissions Committee in due course.
Step 2:
The applicant must fill out the MCH admissions form to the best of their knowledge and abilities. The MCH Admissions Committee will shortlist candidates for interview based on the quality of the application and filled form.
Step 3:
Selected candidates will be informed by MAHE Admissions, alongside further information on fees, hostels and so on.
